Liz is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, 200-hour registered yoga teacher and TRX suspension trainer certified instructor. She has been a belly dancer for over a decade as well as having experience in many other types of dance, and recently received her blue belt in jiu jitsu.

Michaela began helping people with home workouts 4 years ago, and became part of the TBYL staff in 2023 when she also started NASM certification to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She loves helping others get healthier through fitness and learning to create nutritious meals.

Avery is a personal trainer born and raised in Enumclaw, passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and truly good in their own skin. She is also working toward her NASM Nutrition Coach certification so she can support her clients with a more complete, inside-and-out approach to health. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, she's here to help you move better, feel better, and live stronger.

Born and raised in Enumclaw, Heather is a passionate personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder with experience in three shows. She dedicated to helping the men and women in our community look and feel their best. Through customized exercise programs and sustainable strategies, she empowers clients to build confidence, improve their health, and achieve their fitness goals.
